The adjustment of the O-Line was very impressive. I thought the injuries on the line would be the downfall of the team. But to their credit, those guys stepped up and did a great job. Also, the depth at running back was great. To be successful in the SEC you have got to have a couple horses in the backfield...and LSU's got'em.
I don't know if they are gonna mail it in, but, I certainly am concerend that it could happen. They have lost their shot at the National Title and the SEC Title. Is getting to a BCS game really that motivating for the players? I know it's big for the program, but how much does the Capital One Bowl Or Sugar Bowl mean to this kids? These games will provide them with no "championships". My hope is that htey play with pride and passion, finishing this season on a roll, but, they could just as easily take that "nothing left to play for" mentality. This is where good coaching comes in. It will be interesting to see if Coach Miles can get these guys motivated for these final 3 games.

So you don't think that LSU had anything to do with Bama playing their worst game. Of course they played their worst game but we forced them to.

...and thanks for stressing my point. LSU DID force Bama to play their worst game. They physically handled them, stopped their offense, beat their defense, and still Bama won the game.

On the flip side, The LSU offense, especially Mett, played far better than they had in any other game this year, and they were held to only 17 points.

No matter how you dice it up, this season, Bama is simply better than LSU.

LSU's best <Bama's Worst

I watched the game, and I rewatched the game. I saw LSU play their best game of the year and Alabama play their worst game of the year, and Alabama won. It's time to be honest, the Tide is a better program.

I don't think it matters who I root for. LSU is the only team that can beat Bama.

I don't want to say you are wrong, but clearly, LSU can not beat Bama.
Sorry Mr. Know it all, I just have some concerns about the heart of this team. Hopefully I am wrong, i guess we'll find out Saturday.
Not a chance. LSU is done. Don't be surprised if they completely fold and drop one of their remaining conference games.
