We get shite on (and rightfully so) for poor fan support, but it’s real easy to show out for a perennially top 25 team. Wait until your team sucks and that’ll show you what your fans are about. I’m at our game and we have just as many fans here as aTm has in a stadium 3 times as big. But we beat their arse this year so maybe that’s why.

Yeah, he's a JUCO transfer. Junior this year. Didn't get into the lineup when we played y'all but he has been a fairly regular starter in RF the last 6 weeks or so. He hit the game tying homer vs. aTm in the 9th when we beat them in 15 innings.

He just doesn't hit. It's mind blowing with his physical tools. It doesn't help that teams pitch around him all the time so he never knows if he's going to get pitches to hit, but still, his in conference numbers are bad.

Very possible. This exact scenario happened several years ago (2008 I think?) when we were playing Texas. Front came in Friday night and it was cold/rainy all weekend. We won the Friday game 31-12.

Won't really know until game time, it swirls at the stadium so it could be blowing straight in from left one inning and shift to blowing out to right the next. Typically when it is cold the wind blows straight in, making it virtually impossible to hit it out to left (and very difficult to right, though you can sneak it down the RF line if you hit a seed).

Be prepared for a crazy line at Booches due to the spring game. Flat Branch has even better beer (IMO) and is already downtown if you are looking for a better option. Both Logboat and Bur Oak are good though (I favor Bur Oak myself).

It shouldn't, especially if you park downtown or on campus in a garage. If you want to park at the baseball stadium, I would definitely get there EARLY because football shares parking with baseball.

Also, wear your heavy coat. Taylor Stadium is always 10 degrees colder than anywhere else in town. If the forecast is 40, it will feel like 30 with the wind giving you an ice enema.

I hope they do, but our spring game is at 3 p.m. across the street, which may tie up parking. We'll see. We have a turf infield so light rain (which is expected Saturday evening) won't effect the playing surface too much.

They don't like to wear black against other teams with black in their colors. We wore the gold jerseys against UGA as well and only wore white vs. Vandy. We wore black vs. UT because gold and that hideous orange don't mix well.
