I'm clearing two acres near Slidell to build a new home. My youngest is 2.5 yo and I plan to stay in this home until she's in college.
Additionally, a panel distribution company in Harahan I do work for sometimes told me that one of their customers is a licensed company on the north shore that only uses the tax credit money to pay themselves. Next time I go there I'll find out the company name to see if anyone has heard of them

Regions Bank is working pretty good for me. No hassle. The process was easy. I bought my house 3 1/2 yrs ago at 4.15% on a 30 yr fixed. I'm paying on it as if it was a 15.

Im glad this thread is going swimmingly. There is a tacked thread with about the same subject question, but it starts with a 'who should I start' link. Cool site, yes, but how often do the professionals on the websites get things wrong? My top 150 list from KFFL didn't have Luck, RGIII, Blackmon, nor any other rookie with a starting gig. I got a little screwed up with that list. Keep it going! :cheers:
