Message us your address and I'll send you a piece of non-slip tape for FREE!

3M non slip tape is what we do at the factory too to prevent the lock. We've had calls where customers think there is something wrong with their cooler if it does not vacuum lock and had them remove the tape too.

TPU laminated fabrics and the ways to bond it are not equal. Higher quality materials and using the strongest bonding method combined with more stringent quality control costs more. It appears this failure is due to the welded seam failing, I'm not sure how to repair that. However if the lamination has peeled off the fabric you may be able to relaminate it with care and a hot iron.

Nope, no container needed. Made in the USA
Haven't been asked for FTL or LTL either.

Serious question, and I give you my word I am honest with what I am about to say:
For $15 you can put what you want on "YOUR" cooler (G15-G60). Exceptions would be trademarks you don't own, pornographic/offensive material, or any use of the flag that violates the US Flag Code.
EDIT: There is a link on our website for Custom Coolers.

Yep. I have a 35 and it’s worthless. I can fit a six pack and a ham sandwich. That’s about it
Noted, current external dimension are 22" W x 13" D x 14" H. We are evaluating exactly what your talking about, trying to hit the sweet spot considering dimensions, weight, and insulation thickness to determine capacity.

Pricing for the 25? Single carry handle?
Price has yet to be determined, but probably a regular price around $150 with a pre-order at a lower price and some occasional promotions. It will NOT have a carry handle, essentially a smaller version of the 45 with the ATV/UTV crowd in mind.

Will the 65 be lockable?
It will not have lock holes.

Are you going to build more sizes in the kenai? Why are the grizzly versions so much more expensive?
Yes, a 65 is in tooling and one between 25 & 30 is being finalized. Grizzly is a retail brand. KENAI has factory direct pricing with no middleman so we are able to offer a high quality cooler at a very competitive price to customers that prefer to buy direct.

If true, this answers my questions. Are your components "quality" or are they "superior quality to competitor's?" Do the competitors use similar components?
Example 1, the rope handles are even more dramatic.
Sure, they will both do the same thing. We design for the best quality not the cheapest. Details matter like using a thicker molded silicone gasket with an additional sealing bead for extra insurance.

So... you didn’t come out with a second amendment emblem, a week after the NRA flirted with defamation of the brand you’re trying to knock off, to appeal to the trashiest of consumers?
1st - Grizzly is not a knock-off brand. GRIZZLY - IRP OUTDOORS 2002
2nd -We obviously don't have the same opinion of consumers that would like the Second Amendment on their cooler. We'd gladly make one for you that has Amendment I, since we trust in the Constitution and all it's Amendments.

Function? They are all plastic boxes with foam insulation.
The details are:
USA sourced food grade LLPE plastic
Environmentally friendly Ecomate foam
Using quality components including better latches, feet, handles, etc.

First, thanks for the post. Regarding the price, we believe the current $150 price shipped on the KENAI 45 is the best deal out there. We do not base our materials, manufacturing or component selection purely on the cheapest source like most import brands. We believe the details matter as much as the price. Every KENAI 45 is made in Decorah Iowa and they all are all backed with a lifetime warranty.
Redfish, not sure how to respond other than you are completely wrong.

Yeti and the rest of the high end cooler world last year and bought all the Yeti patents from the government at the end of the Yeti 5 year hold. This is why they are so cheap, Now Rtic collects royalties from all the other companies including Yeti. Rtic cannot sale in the open retail market for a undisclosed amount of time is why they only sale online for now. Articles where in WSJ and Forbes back around last Thanksgiving or Christmas
This is not even remotely true.
