Yep. I know of 2 databases that verify insurance status in real time.

AT&T 5G is terrible where I live so I’ve turned 5G off.

Make sure you check it over very well. I've had my last 3 or 4 cars tinted at TNT but this last one sucked. I have all kinds of dust particles in the front windows and a long scratch on the rear window.
Baker Speed Camera

I know the BR red light cameras are administered through some company out of AZ so the common advice is to ignore it.
Hypothetically, if someone were to get a speeding ticket from the Baker speed camera and the fine came from the city of Baker, would the advice be the same?

re: Considering Purchasing a 3/4 ton Diesel

You need to factor in the suspension of the 3/4 or 1 tons vs the 1/2 ton. I hauled my 10k camper behind my F150 for a short while before upgrading to the F250. The super duty suspensions are made to tow and aren't affected by crosswinds or passing 18 wheelers nearly as much as the soft comfortable suspension found in the F150.

It clicked when opening so they replaced it. No idea what was causing it.

Tops Unlimited.
The sun screen thing on mine was clicking every time I opened it so I brought it to All Star Ford to be fixed. When I got it back, there was some trash in the bed from Tops Unlimited so I guess they outsource their sunroof repairs to them.

It is a very common problem due to Ford using crappy plastic rails. They replace the whole assembly (minus the glass) so its going to cost you a small fortune. Once fixed, use some of this on the rubber where it contacts the body Krytox
If you are handy, you could try to fix it yourself Sunroof Repair

Well that royally sucks. I just bought the adapter for the sole purpose of watching it tonight.
Any other websites that stream the game?

ESPN app to TV
Posted by copper1116 on 10/20/18 at 12:34 pm
I figured I’d get more help/responses here than the tech board so here goes.
I bought the Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter with the intent to watch the game tonight while I’m camping. The ESPN app works fine on my iPhone X but as soon as I plug in the adapter, it stops. I’m assuming that ESPN blocks it.
Has anyone successfully worked around it and got the ESPN app working from phone to TV?

re: How are inspection stickers enforced besides checkpoints?

quote:
A license plate scanner is all they need. No need to do anything other than that. Your license plate is linked to your registration and your inspection sticker. Just by scanning the plate and hitting the database, they instantly know whether you're on expired registration or inspection sticker. They really don't even need to look at the color of the registration sticker or the inspection sticker to know if it's out of date.
Not in Louisiana. The inspection sticker is not in any type of database whatsoever. The cop can run the plate and see if insurance is valid, registration is current, and if he wants to, run the attached driver's license number to check that too. But, the inspection sticker is a stand alone thing that is not linked to any database. Only way to catch those is by expiration date or if it is fake.

Try Express Care Automotive on Sherwood right beside All Star Chevy. Jason (owner) and David (manager) are good ole country boys and have been working on cars together for about 25 years. He is as honest as they come.

Royal Flush Plumbing. Clint is the owner and worked for somebody else for probably 15-20 years. Out on his own now. He's honest and does good work for a reasonable price.
