I don't see any spots to make me think it's a bobcat.
Eyes are in the right spot.
It's a deer.
So not a great morning. I had Live shrimp and croakers. Tried down by bridge side first and that didn't turn out well but a couple guys were catching a few trout.
Left there about 7:30 and went to a spot between bridge side and the state park and climbed on the rocks. An old man was fishing with live croakers but free lining them, just a hook. I finally just asked him what he was doing because they wouldn't touch croakers or shrimp on the bottom or on a cork. The only thing they went after was the free line croaker. He limited out but I only ended up with 12 because they shutdown at 9 when the tide quit moving.
The were really picky this morning at least where i was at. Prob going to Elmers island this afternoon see if it's any better. The fish were definitely there though.

The next 2 days are going to be excellent. 5 mph in the morning. 1.5 foot tide movements and 5 star solar days. Me and my buddy went a couple weeks ago when the conditions were like this and caught 33 on carolina rigs with croakers in the surf.
Should be good the next couple of days if the waters clear.

I'm headed to Grand Isle in the morning to fish in the surf. Anyone know what they're biting: Plastics, live shrimp, or croakers?
