I sub them out for fat in lots of salad dressings- slice them onto sandwiches in place of mayo, etc.
The July/August issue is still in the distribution channel; doubtful it will hit newsstands before next week. It is in the mail to subscibers; it goes periodical class and takes up to two weeks for full distribution. The premiere issue is still to be found in some places, although it's sold out in many. Barnes & Noble stores in TX, LA, MS, and AL still have a few copies, as does Books a Million.
