It sounds like their might be a market for a LSU bar in melbourne. Y'all should pool your assets together and start one. It could be profitable.

Basically if you do the Roth Ira, you pay taxes on it now, and will not pay taxes on it in the future.
The Roth 403b works the same way. But instead of being limited to 5000 in contributions per tax year , the 403b allows contributions of 17,000 per year. And the employee is still allowed to contribute 5000 to a Roth IRA.
I don't want your head to explode but you might have access to a Roth 403b if your plan document allows it. Talk to someone who provides 403b in your parish or school district. They are the most qualified to give you advice. What parish or school district do you work for?
Pitfalls to avoid, or advice to successfully rent out a house
Posted by Santos on 3/30/12 at 11:35 pm
I've been going back and forth between selling vs. renting my current home. I have had my house on the market for 8 months now and I can count the number of viewings on one hand. I have found a house I would like to purchase but I need to get out from under my current mortgage. Financially speaking, renting it would be a good option for me (so I'll spare you the mathematical details) so there is no concern there. But this would be my first experience as a landlord so I do worry about unforeseen circumstances/problems that may make this an unwise decision. Those of you with experience in this area what advice can you give me? I just don't know what I don't know.
I think our main problem is depth. Without depth we can't press. Without the press the easy transition baskets aren't available. Without those easy baskets we are forced to run a half court game which doesn't play to our strengths. We are not a talented shooting team and very few of our players can create their own shot off the dribble. I think we give him one more recruiting class to build depth and a chance to develop our younger players. But if he has similar results next year, he is gone.
