At LSU you play the big boys, other title contenders yearly

Other than teams coached by Nick Saban or Urban Meyer (when he was at Florida), whom exactly are you referring to that doesn't also apply to Arky, Ole Miss, Miss St, TAMU, Auburn, etc?

I would use playing perennial second (or worse) fiddle to Nick Saban every damn year for a conference cship AGAINST LSU in recruiting if I was a Big 12 team.
Last year, Jarrett Lee had the highest rating among QBs in the SEC.

This year, Mett has the 11th highest rating among QBs in the SEC.

Fact.

Which of Alabama's wins has you so scared? The one over Western Kentucky?

Or Florida Atlantic?
Or Arky?
Or Michigan?
Or Ole Miss?
Or Mizzou?
Or Tennessee?

Cuz that's their entire season right there.

Bama has great players and a great coach. But they haven't played anyone.

Bama has won once in Tiger Stadium since 2002, and that was by 6 pts in OT.

Relax. This will be a game. And Tiger Stadium has a big role to play. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to stay outside TS and watch on TV. We don't want you there.
Miles shouldn't have said that to a recruit, especially a recruit that Miles himself offered a scholarship to.

If Miles's statement is true, then Miles is a dumba$$ for offering the guy in the first place.

If Miles's statement is untrue, then Miles is being an a$$.

Either way, you never know what may happen down the road with a recruit. He could want to transfer later. And this sends a negative message to the recruits you did land, as well as the recruits you're eyeing in the future.

Miles should act as if Kiel's indecision doesn't affect LSU at all, not like it totally got to him.
Jesus is omniscient! But some of use mere humans use this little ol thing called the internet...

Anyone who watched the first Alabama game, and the first half of the Western Kentucky, Arkansas, and Georgia games, knows we had a serious problem on offense. Our formula was to: (1) have our D get takeaways and (2) have our O Line wear down the opponent's D Line. This formula works against everyone---except Bama.
LSU ranked 12th nationally in points scored, but our O ranked 75th nationally in ypg. That’s lower than Louisiana Tech, LA-Monroe, and LA-Lafayette.

Oregon outgained LSU 335 yds to 273, but turned the ball over four times more than we did.

West Virginia outgained LSU 533 yds to 336, but turned the ball over four times more than we did.

In their first game, Alabama outgained LSU 295 yds to 239, but missed four field goals.

In their second game, LSU’s offense gained 92 yards, which is fewer yards than North Texas, Georgia Southern, and every other SEC team gained against Alabama.

We have spectacular players on offense. They’re young, and we'll have immediate improvement at the QB position. But the team must get more creative with their offensive schemes and make better mid-game adjustments. This is not just a QB issue. It’s an OC issue and existed regardless of who’s playing QB.
