I'm with you on the QB situation DrD. We've played Bama to a 2-2 record the last 4 games and that's without a competent QB like Matt Flynn. Given a good QB the past 2 years and LSU would have 2 more crystal balls in the trophy case and the writers talking about an LSU dynasty instead of Bama. While I hope that LF signs with us, it's not absolutely necessary. Remember Jacob Hester? He was a two star recruit and look what he did at LSU. Small fullback, but big heart!
As far as QB, I'm not looking for Mett to take us anywhere just as JaMarcus Russell. When Russell was in, I kept shouting for Flynn as he had better vision and better command of the game. We have signed another pro style out of Cali, but we've also got a dual threat that could be our best bet. It seems like they do a bit better in college than pro styles. :geauxtigers:
