Actually they have been mandated to make it stable and not move due to a hazardous road distraction. So they will still be bumping fists, but it won't move. Mandate is January 1st 2012, so should be coming down any day now.

Yea I eat it every once in a while I like the sauce now a days. Back when I was a kid I hated it, and always wondered why in the world they wouldn't offer some BBQ sauce. They are very plain if you don't like the sauce and if they are not right out of the fryer they are worthless. Now I like the sauce and they wanna charge me for an extra sauce when I get a sandwich. Gives me the runs every time I eat it, heard they use MSG....maybe that's it.

Yes a good bit of them do renting of condos and town homes. Everything's negotiable, but in general yeah I think they'd be more ready to sell you a house then rent you something out because they're gonna make way more money selling and once its done its done. They just care about the money like anyone would. Leases are usually a year for decent places so some don't want to deal with renting and keeping up with the places.
