I was disappointed in the story and in productions trying to pass off New Orleans as Baton Rouge. Show me Baton Rouge.
Did anyone else notice the interior camera work was like an episode of The Office?!

Maybe she has been deemed legally blind, but I don't think the chick is totally blind.
I'll say this... Homicide: Life on The Streets (NBC) was the best thing on TV until The Corner. The Corner (HBO) the best show on TV until The Wire(HBO). All created by the same folks and centered in Baltimore. Was sorry to see them end.

What I don't udnerstand is the lady who is a dance teacher who has her daughter in the abby lee studio.
That crazy chick can't teach her talentless kid to chew gum, but she wants Abby to perform a miracle. I'd take her money for as long as I could stand her.

Abby Lee is great! The moms are no-talent mean girls and the kids are just along for the ride.
I started a drinking game of taking a shot whenever a mom storms off mad. Good Times!

Is the show following the book, or is it just another courtroom drama?
It is supposed to pick up years after the book.
