Lee, Jefferson, Miles and the entire staff and team got us here. I like Lee, but I have to defer to Les Miles. I didn't coach this team, I didn't recruit this team and I have never stood on the same field as this team. Miles has, Miles knows best. Fact of life....

I just wish the BCS had a rule that stated: "No Re-Matches" That way you lose to the team durng the year that winds up at #1 and you're out of consideration for that Championship Game. Otherwise the only true indicator would be best 2 out of 3. I think we all know that could never happen. So you beat a team in their house, later let's say they beat you and that makes them National Champs? Personally that would suck.

I figure they use the same reasoning as they do in not giving the LSU defense credit for making Bama have to attempt such long field goals because they couldn't get closer. I have never been able to figure out why such a Backa$$wards state like Bama gets such kid glove treatment and undeserved admiration from western, midwestern and northern sportswriters. I guess it is just the way it is...

I am new here to this Tiger Rant but I have been a loyal Tiger fan since 1956. I have seen the Tiger Teams over the years play with a wide range of emotions throughout each season. I have seen them mediocre and I have seen them win Championships. All the while they played with that range of emotions. This year I see the team having fun. Consistently they have fun. As such they play loose and confident while being motivated and having fun. Yes Les Miles has made football fun for the fans, but I also see the players having the time of their lives. Thank you Les for a year that this old guy has been waiting for all his life.
