In '07, they gave out tickets on the day of the game at the Dome. Seating was determined by when you picked up your tickets, but you couldn't start lining up at the window until 7:00 am if I remember correctly. The pre-line across the street started the night before. At 7:00 there was a stampede up the ramps and then 5 hours of waiting until the window opened at noon. (very reminiscent of post-Katrina outside the Dome).

Yes. However, the number of years you've been at LSU is a factor. If you were an LSU undergrad and go straight into grad school (my situation), your priority points carry over and you would be in one of the first groups to buy student tix. If you weren't an LSU undergrad or if you're going to grad school after several years out, you will buy tickets with the freshmen most likely. Law Students get a certain allotment (about 300?) and those are available to 3rd years first.
