I'm getting one, I'm determined!
But on a serious note.. What do you mean?
The request will be much higher for that game than the sec so you will have to have quite a bit of priority points and I have heard its 300ish which is homosexual

300? How is that possible. I think in 07 I had around 145ish and got one.

Just gotta go to all the games and you are a lock. It's alot easier than everyone makes it out to be. Students get to earn their way in, as opposed to alums, who have to buy their way in...

There aren't even 300 points available total for students... Pretty sure the max (meaning all home + all away+ all 2 pt non-football events) is around 180-200

I ment the cost was 300. My mistake

I'm not a student. I'm just curious if there is a lottery or how it is handled.

Priority points will be based off of the 2011 season, rather than the 2011 road games(which were based on the 2010 priority points totals).
They will email you and tell you how to request tix (if they haven't already). Pick up will probably be at the Dome the day of the game to cut down on scalping.

How much are the student tickets?

Priority point system. Home game attendence has higher point value than road games. They will take the allotment and the # of requests and a ticket goes to everyone starting at the highest # of priority points.
The required # of points is determined by the # of requests from students (in 07, you needed all home games and 3 road games if I remember correctly).

I missed one too, and yes I'm pretty sure we're both just kinda screwed... I had work the morning of the UK game and didn't get off until almost 1:30, the game would have been over by the time I got back to campus.

Most likely, unless you went to all the road games/sec title game and went to the other sport priority point games. Don't give up though, you never know...

I was told you needed 151 in 07 which is equal to 131 this year because one les home game. And in 07 they let you buy two tickets and this year it will be one so that will probably lower the points needed even more

I missed Florida game as a student because I had an opportunity to sit in a suite. Could I use this as an excuse. Only road game I went to was Oregon.

I think the points are a lot less than what about if people think this year. Since you can only request 1 ticket per student I am hearing that most students if not all will have a seat as long as they put in the request

How could you possibly think an excuse will work? I had a seat elsewhere for the Kentucky game and just made sure I went and got my id swiped before going into the game. It's very simple.

I sat with someone at the sec game with 0 priority points.. So obviously all were accepted. Bcs game will be requested more though, but then again. Alot of people aren't going to want to pay 300 for a ticket. I'm sure a lot will buy for 300 and sell for 1000+

Most likely, unless you went to 4+ away games and some other priority point events.

So? This isn't like missing a test. They aren't going to let you make up your attendance
