Two points. True hippies don't like football. These were the kids that did not have much success in sports growing up that like to gang up on athletes for being dumb brutes (another so called moral victory). Which for however tolerant they claim to be, does not coincide with their so called tolerant views. Two, you think a true hippy would waste their pot and lsd money to travel to dallas? Nope. The douchey fair weather fans, are those that may or may not have attended Oregon, but nonetheless are Oregonians that have a lot of money and not so much a realistic world view.

Take everything Oregon fans say in retrospect with a grain of salt. The Oregon fans have been voted a the most obnoxious group of fans by Sports Illustrated. It's sour grapes at this point. Every fan base has their share of idiots. It comes with the game. Moral victories are reserved for those that get their asses whooped. We got our asses whooped. Hands off to your team, really. I hope you guys go undefeated, and win in your home state for a fourth (is that correct?) national title. While it's easy to stereotype the South for their history of racism, Oregon is a known hotbed for Skinheads (It's mostly Idaho). Anyone else love Ganglands?
