To the WV fans that don't happen to live in Texas, Do you even know anyone who went to Baylor, Texas Tech, OU, OSU, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, or TCU.

Getting Airforce in order to attract Army and Navy.

If they can get all three in the same conference it would be cool.
A&M and Arkansas have about the same rivalry with Mizzou. Not much. I say let Arkansas have them if they want them.

I do think that if Dodds and Powers will not schedule A&M in any sport that all SEC schools should return the favor.

Now that each school will be playing a Texas team during conference play there should be no reason to give the longhons another legit game.

Looking at you Ole Miss.

I guess that makes you and Dodds a dumbass for wanting to cancel it.

Should they get AQ Status? Yes

However, I think an undefeated Big 12-2-1 should get passed up by a 1 loss SEC, B1G and PAC for the MNC.

@ChuckCarltonDMN Texas A&M has made our intentions perfectly clear. We do not intend to be a member of the Big 12 past this season.

Look at me. I can post twitter post as well.

Nope...Still Drunk on the SEC
Here is how I see the Realignment of 2011 ending up.

ACC:
The ACC has now added Syracuse and Pitt, as well as, increase their exit fees in order to try and prevent any teams from leaving. Last year there was a strong feeling that Pitt would never be added to the B1G as it is the same geographical area as Penn State. As opposed to Rutgers, Kansas, and even Mizzou who feel they still might have a shot at the B1G. For 2011 realignment I believe the ACC is done at 14.

B1G:
The big made a grab last year in Nebraska but stopped. This year there has been no noise coming for the Midwest. I believe the B1G is still waiting on Notre Dame and doesn’t want to make a move until the Catholics join. So during 2011 The B1G stays at 12.

PAC:
The Pac has or will offer OU, OSU, Tech and the Longhorns. OU and OSU will accept. Tech will want to accept but the longhorns will not. The Pac will not accept Tech not because it doesn’t want them but because it doesn’t want an odd number of teams. Remember back to last year how quickly Utah was added in order to get to 12. The PAC will not want any other team other than the longhorns for #16. Therefore the Pac will be done with #14 for the 2011 realignment.

SEC:
The SEC will add A&M this year but they are not thrilled by any of the #14 options that are currently out there. The SEC is not going to act as the PAC did and just add a team for the sake of being even. The SEC will wait for Virginia Tech to realize that they are back in the same “Big East” conference they left in 2004. The SEC will add only A&M and stay at 13.

Big East/Big 12
The Big Merger will take place.

Rutgers
South Florida
Connecticut
Cincinnati
(West)
Baylor
Iowa State
Kansas
Kansas State
Missouri
Texas Tech

Notre Dame

This conference will be formed for one reason, in order to keep the AQ status through 2014. This is the beginning of super conferences but not the end. Just the end of the 2011 Drama.

5 AQ Confernces with Notre Dame, Longhorns, BYU, Army, and Navy as Indy
Loftin to BoR: We want to go to the SEC
BoR: You have been granted power

Boren to BoR: We want to go to the PAC
BoR: You have been granted power

Powers to BoR: I don't know what the hell we are going to do.
BoR: Come back to us when you do.
Fine, I am only going to do this once. But in the future know that rebutting every dumbass thing you ever wrote is a waste of time.
The B1G conference is the once conference were Academia plays any type of role due to the CIC. The PAC Conference itself is not a highly academic conference. The Cal State University Systems, SC and Stanford all work together similarly to the B1G School’s CIC network. But that hasn’t been much help the remaining PAC school Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State, AZ, AZ State, Utah, and Colorado. And they want to dilute the PAC’s Prowess by bringing Tech and OSU.

But if this really all matter that much to them they wouldn’t be looking at the PAC at all. They would be looking ACC and B1G. Additionally the SEC > than the Big 12 in Ranking.
