Comes from someone related closely to a player who would know. I'm not defending the choices, which haven't worked out, especially with two premier coverage guys out for the season. I'm just saying it's not on Cade. He can kick deep or through the EZ every time he's told to do so...

Foster is told each time whether to kick it short and high to the goal line or kick it into/through the EZ. Notice that in the MO game, he switched effortlessly from the high kick to kicking through the EZ - in a heavy rain...
