CPM comments on tigerbait. This guy is a fool. He lost us vonrosenburg and colvin. He recruited those guys and he winned like a baby when they signed. That press conference was a joke. Rooney then signed one good class and one bad class and Grewe signed one good class and one bad class and tba on this upcoming class. Stop winning CPM and just make out a lineup and figure out how to use your bullpen cuz your bullpen sucked.

So true, I've lost respect for paul also. questioned it in 2007 (but that team was bad), was surprised in 2008, had the respect for him in 2009 winning it all. Felt this guy is a good coach. We had great pitching and great hitting. Lost it last year when he went on the paul mainieri tour around our great state and the team fell apart and he made stupid moves every game. He continued to lose my respect this year in game 1 when he batted hanover in the three hole - wtf are you thinking. Why are his teams so streaky? 2008 we won like 30 games in a row and that was fun to watch and then 2010 we lost like 20 in a row. Sign of a bad leader - no respect

Javi doesn't know how to recruit. He probably recruited bad players at Notre Dame also. I do know he recruited koenomann and sparks at lsu and they were bad. He doesn't know how to coach hitters at all. he's just Paul's yes man. Saw a clip on the news tonight that made him look like the bad coach he is. Very poor decison in keeping him around. Grewe at least had a clue and he walked away from Mainieri who looks like a fool saying recruiting was bad and its Grewe's fault after he praised him when he hired him 3 years ago. Maineri is always throwing people under bus. When is he going to realize that he is making himself look stupid when he changes his tune on people.
