Jarrett Lee was enrolled in winter intersession through Jan 4

I can't provide a link because my source is tigerbait.com and you have to pay for access but the article is called "Replacement Rule Costs LSU" by Bryan Lazare. He mentions the following as an afterthought but I found it bizarre that Lee was enrolled in winter intersession. "The five scholarship players who graduated were Will Blackwell, T-Bob Hebert, Mitch Joseph, Jarrett Lee and James Stampley. Lee earned his degree after winter intercession, which ended Jan. 4. Stampley, originally a walk-on, was placed on scholarship this past semester."
Surely, given the lofty expectations of the season, Lee did not plan on enrolling in winter intersession because, from what I understand, classes taken in winter intersession are extremely time consuming. Maybe Lee was unable to fully focus on the gameplan leading up to the NC and therefore Miles did not feel like he was ready. Perhaps a grade issue forced him into taking an intersession class just to graduate. Just a thought. It's the only way to explain why he didn't play in that game.
