Closing on my house

I am closing on my house next week but also need a new car as my lease is up next week as well. Is it ok to buy a car as so as I close on the house or should I wait? I know they say don't buy anything big while trying to close on a house.
In Louisiana you also pay taxes on the $20,000. You would take your selling price minus your trade and pay your taxes on that.
Who did y'all go through to get this loan??
Once you sell it to a dealership your done with it. If you sell it to a person and something goes wrong with it in a day or so they will come back to you to fix or money back where a dealership will fix it themselfs.

No they are not as long as you pay them back on time.
Incorrect, I just did this (closed on Feb 26, 2010). You just have to find the right mortgage broker

I just went with them in Thib. from what I hear you have to stay on top of them, but whatever you find wrong they will fix. But go everyday and check on your home. Seem to be nice guys though.

I am building a house from ground up in a neighborhood where the builders are also the owners of the neighborhood. Will they work with you on the price of the house?
