I was on the boat with BigHoss. Thats a top notch operation. We are already on the books for next year. Hands down best trip I have ever been on.

I might be able to make that ticket go away.
Lol! Why would anyone wear it inside the waders? Defeating the purpose. To each his own though I guess!

Thoughts on Jim's firearms on Siegen?

Lmao! I brought a Verona shotgun to these people to have the bolt handle replaced and a new bead installed. I informed the high school student working behind the counter that the manufacturer was no longer in business. He says ok we can fix it. Two months later, hadn't heard from them. Stopped in and checked on it same kid went to fetch the gun and about ten minutes later he returned with my gun and said sorry but the manufacturer is no longer in business. I was in disbelief. Needless to say there ain't much "gun smithing" going on at Jim's. Don't waste your time. Take it to a professional.
They are fine. We have a few old timers at the lease and they tell stories from way back about how some guys would hang the ducks by the neck and when the body fell off then they were ready to clean. Lol! No thanks, I just clean them asap.

I have a lease in Welsh. 1 mile north of the interstate and I've hunted rice fields in Jennings, Klondike, lake Arthur, Guedan and Kaplan. Never a problem killing quality birds. But I will say that you need a ton of water to have a good season. If you find a good farmer willing to go above and beyond to keep the water in there then it's on. Found our lease on La Sptsmn

I find that the dove mojos worked well during teal season and the teal mojos are working good for the big ducks. I bought the super mojo mallard with the remote and find myself turning it off once the ducks are interested. We have water in front and behind our pit blind and have yet to have the ducks decoy in the same pond as the mallard. I've moved it to the front and back. If I forget to turn it off I've noticed they will not commit. The teal doesn't seem to bother them. Feel like I wasted $179.00. And it's heavy and awkward when carrying it back and forth.
I stay there alot. We rent the cabin.

Does anyone know of other dealers in baton rouge besides the two listed on the cactus juice website? TIA.

I've tried the VS amber romance but the smell makes me wanna :yack:
If your willing to spend that kind of money then go with this

Or you can save yourself a shite ton and get a blazer bay or pathfinder which are basically the same hull and the dryest ride on the water hands down.
