made it through a hellacious weekend with no cheating. week 1 down 350/343/250 Only lost 7 pounds on atkins induction 1st week. I know I did not drink near enough water this weekend. Hoping week 2 brings about more results......

Day 6 of atkins. Worst day by far. Masssiivvveee cravings..irratible as hell and generally pissed the frick off.. Got by yesterday and still have stuck 100% to the plan. Not as bad this am but some cravings still there. Had to pick up food for the grandparents and wife yesterday at taco bell and cap...
