I swear it seems like he sandbags a little during the regular season. I mean, the team we saw this weekend is not the team we saw all year. Defense is night and day better. Great switch-offs, great play down low. Physical without fouling. Rebounding? My goodness, we looked like Florida on the O boards. Defensively, the two opponents were one-and-done over and over. In the final four year, our regular season defense was very suspect. But in the tournament, they were different. I am not saying we are going to beat Michigan, but I no longer feel like we are going to just get dominated by their bigs. We are locked in. Let's see how far it takes us.

To be fair, most of our losses so far have come at the hands of Fay, and the deeper parts of the rotation. Adams and Upchurch make us more competitive. Let's see how we do today and tomorrow.
Also, Baseball is a weird game. Anybody can lose to anybody on most any given day. In fact, LSU can lose 2 of 3 to Sacramento State.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that I am super excited about this team.
