Thanks for the heads up. I was more saying it sucked because the one in Ballston is a 5-10 minute walk for me rather than a train ride.

Unfortunately, I believe it's Bailey's in Crystal City. The alumni website also has Primetime sports in Fairfax listed.
We went to the Airline location last night and had a similar experience. The bread and wine were the highlight while the rest was alright. I had the lamb special--meat was very good just too much sauce.
The biggest issue was the service. Made a reservation on Monday, spoke to a rude lady on the phone, and when we arrived last night I discovered she failed to write it down. Waited for about thirty minutes at the bar, so I asked when we're going to be seated. The lady working the door said we're next. She then seated two more couples, so I went over for an explanation. I was told they had a reservation....so I told her about the entire experience. They apologized, finally seated us, gave us free bread, and a round of drinks. I appreciated them trying to make it right, but this all went down on our anniversary.
Footnote: I overheard the lady at the door answer a phone call. Same short, rude, too busy to talk tone as the lady I spoke with on Monday....
