I was surrounded by Arky fans in TS that day.
me too cuz. was the first game i ever went to. i swore that day i would never go to another LSU game...ever. i felt like i was the voodoo that day that made them lose. i know it sounds a little extreme but ill do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the "W".
btw i got rid of the clothes i had on that day as well. lol

agree with you here. he been very unimpressive as of late. he plays slow and it doesn't seem he has any confidence.
have you seen his rivals pic? anybody with chops like that should be able to do what they want.
with BAMA offering METT.....
Posted by GUFF on 10/28/10 at 8:10 am
this could actually work in our favor. he now has an offer from another top teir SEC school, BUT Bama CANNOT offer immediate playing time. we can draw up a direct comparison of team caliber and throw in that he can play immediatly for us.
i know this has probably been mentioned before but METT could be the biggest get for us in a long time.

tomorrow is the kind of matchups you came to LSU for.
here's to S. Ridley, run to to break their back bone
here's to the Drake, all day long
here's to our receiving corps, catch it and run like you stole it
here's to Tyrann, hatefulness has never looked so young
here's to our QB's, win baby win
here's to Pat Peterson, nuff said
here's to Kelvin, bring the pain and kick em in the teeth
here's to Chief, thank you for what you do, it's a beautiful thing
here's to CLM, go coach your DAMN STRONG TEAM
and finally here's to Auburn, AL........
hope you invested in some extra body bags

NT is a tough coaching gig. i know texas is deep with talent but crap ITS NORTH TEXAS! nobody stands a chance there. coach dodge has mentioned that he would like to be an assistant in college.
even if, i think he would make a great QB coach. he coached Chase daniel and Greg McLeroy. his qbs and wrs out of hs consistently got D1 offers.
Todd Dodge fired
Posted by GUFF on 10/21/10 at 8:57 am
i might get smoked for bringing this up, but with all the talk about Crow being gone after this season and all the possible replacements at OC, what about Dodge. he just got fired at N TExas, but lets be honest, nobody can win there.
i used to do 7 on 7 with his old HS team in the summer and i really believe his offensive schemes would fit great with the personel we have returning next year, not to mention we could possibly have mettenberger as an option at QB.
one more plus we could have him as a recruiting tool in the hotbed of the dallas area.

MissSTATE vs. FLA
Posted by GUFF on 10/18/10 at 2:07 pm
this might belong on the SEC board.
with FLA going down to MSSTATE and with the way MSSTATE is playing what does that say about our wins against these teams?
does FLA losing hurt us and STATE winning help us? or would it have helped us more if STATE would have lost?
im having a hard time gauging how this affected us

dyer, lattimore, richardson i would assume look like that. Or i should say top running backs. I was a body builder for several years i guess i just expect a top athlete to be in good shape.
take another look at lattimore. he is not all that impressive looking but his weight is in his legs and thats why he's effective.
richardson is just a freak, plain and simple. fords got the guns but i think richardson pretty much has it all.
miles at the end of the season = kojak

as soon as the bad snap took place i CALMLY (because i had all ready survived probably 3 heart attacks in the previous 10 minutes) turned to my red beans and rice, smiled at my family, and continued eating.
then i abruptly laid a brick when they announced the flag

Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
just thought you need to see this :moon:
