re: Mimi's Contemporary Italian Restaurant of River Ridge, LA

For a restaurant that is competing with so many great restaurants around the area, you would think the owner would have been running to the nearest grocery to gather some sort of fish or meat to offer customers expecting a decent meal. Unfortunately, they were not phased by having to tell each table that they were out of almost every dish on the menu at 7pm.
Not only were they out of snapper and veal parmesan, they were out of the crawfish appetizer, "only had 1 pork chop left", swordfish was literally frozen with fake grill marks.
Lets just say disappointed is an understatement. Simply unacceptable for a restaurant in one of the best food cities in the nation.
Best part of the meal- watching the different expressions each time someone tried to order a dish and the waitress would smile ear to ear "we don't have that either"

where was the band?

we all know that the band keeps the spirit of our fans alive, and they only showed up for the first half of the game
obviously they didn't have their usual numbers, but that is no reason to cut down the number of songs played when the fans were already frustrated during the second half
the unc band, which was smaller and not as loud played during almost every break in the 4th quarter
