I thought JJ played a decent game last night. His decision making was better and he was a little more accurate. Problem is, they (LM & GC) need to trust him more, if they can't, then there lies the problem. JL needs a few series during the game while the game is still in doubt. What is wrong with competition at the QB position, it's allowed everywhere else right? I personally think both guys can get it done, but let it be decided on the field, not in the mind of a couple coaches. Better to find out now than to bring in the kid when he has to perform because he's behind. If these two kids are as close as LM says they are, then let's see him in game action. He keeps saying he deserves a some PT, but doesn't give it to him. Either he does or doesn't, don't say he does, yet keep on the side forever. If he's your backup, then say he plays only if needed, simple as that.

Ok, for my first post, I'll say this. I've been watching the Tigers for to many years and I'm gonna have a ton of responses to this one. Sometimes you just have to let a kid either prove of disprove his ability to play. Everyone who thinks Lee is not the answer may be right, but most answers are based on one game against La Tech and his pick six season in '08, but in turn says one bad game shouldn't be held against Jefferson, can someone explain that to me? Jefferson has had his chances, time for Lee to get a shot, period. Give him a couple games, if he's not the answer, we're in trouble anyway. The time has come to find out what the kid can do. I think with Jefferson as the starter, he's had enough games for us to know what we have with him. I personally think, JMO, that Lee reminds me alot of Favre, please don't laugh me off the board. He can stick it in there, make all the throws and yes stretch the field. We will have to expect to live with some picks, but overall, the production from the "O" should be greatly improved. Again, JMO, but what could it hurt by playing him.
