Bluefin Regulations
If you read this, it is legal to catch a bluefin incidentally, you can not "target" the bluefin, so long as a yellowfin is around it seems legal

My buddies came across a school of Bluefin Tuna in the gulf this past weekend. I have watched every episode of Wicked Tuna, and it doesn't have any footage of bluefin schooling like this.

Had a buddy catch a 176lb YF in 150 ft of water over the weekend out of fourchon FWIW
Reel Screamers could do definitely take care of you inshore, but I wouldnt go offshore with him... there are several better offshore guides.
I would check with Moran's marina in Fourchon... he has a great offshore captain, and probably has a solid inshore guide. Also you can't go wrong with Apex Charters or Tuna Time

How long is he going to take to pay it off?

Litter Born this morning. 4 males, 2 females all black labs.
I know at least three have deposits on them. Any interested AKC/UKC huntesters check out LINK for info on litter.
