Please pace yourselves and don't drink yourselves so silly that you have to leave early so you can go home and pass out! Support the team and maintain the legacy of Death Valley! Please stay as long as you can. It is embarrassing to see so many empty seats and hear the comments of the broadcasters. Don't trash me for my request. (Stuck out west and so envious of those blessed to be able to attend games.)

The team responded to save him at the end of last season. Wondering what the team's response will be now. The talent is there. Why the struggles?? Do you think the flooding and the players' helpful efforts played a factor?

I can't believe that the lynch-mob reaction from fans helps the team focus..or the coaches.

This new ball park is huge and not conducive to hitting home runs. So many hard-hit balls that would be home runs in most parks are caught. The hitters may need to go for line drives and hit it where they ain't.....just get on and move the runners.

Every game matters. Brad Nessler mentioned it several times, saying he's never seen the stadium so vacated. When the fans bail out that early it tarnishes the Death Valley mystique. It doesn't matter who the opponent is. I don't think they appreciate having a great team and are disrespecting the players who play hurt & bust their tails off.

I don't know about "watching" since it was Halloween night, 1959. I was a kid out trick-or-treating and it seemed that every house we went to had the game on the radio! That's the year after I saw LSU beat Tulane 62-0 and announced to my dad that LSU was where I wanted to go to college! He was a big Tulane fan and hated LSU!

Why Does Tiger Stadium Look Empty by the Fourth Quarter?

It sure looks embarrassing on TV. It's not just this game, but I've noticed this for some time now.

My friend's son is a freshman at USC and she has been flooded with emails from the sports dept. saying that this is a championship season for USC and they don't ever want the Coliseum to look empty...if you can't use your football tickets they offer ways to get them to others who will be able to attend.
