and what did BG do. He went to UK and FAILED, because he didnt realize how good A&M was. People still see him in college station (he has no job). Worst mistake he ever made and he knows it now. He killed his career. Saban/Henry are still winning championships.

Its just funny that all your champion coaches leave. Where is saban now? Ohh yeah Alabama. And where is Pat henry.. ohh yeah A&M.
Lies miles only won off of sabans recruiting. You wont even win another sec championship.
I would rather have a school that people actually like than a school that people use as a stepping stone.

Laynes has way better toast. Its not even close at all. Canes has better french fries. Laynes has better chicken strips. Overall Laynes wins.

Indeed A&M is number one mens and womens track after he decided A&M > LSU. Honestly i dont know how i could leave a national championship winning team. Well i guess it is LSU

Pretty much. LSU does to track athletes, what america did to soccer. Put not money into it and now we suck compared to everyone else. I hope more colleges dont follow that.

Honestly, i think the only real chance you have of winning a game is at home against georgia. You will most likely be 0-15 but that is the only game that is 50-50. Now you could win one of those 20-80 games but I wouldnt hold my breath.

I am glad not all colleges have that viewpoint. I hate to think what would happen to the olympics if every college LScrewed those athletes. If you dont play a sport we like F OFF!

Dont forget that track brings in football players. It might be worth it to spend an extra 50k a year on pat henry, and upgrade your facilities while your at it. Or you can just pay your football coach 2 million dollars.

So why doesnt LSU pay to keep the champions in the family, why waste money on your basketball?

Why did he ever leave LSU? He obviously still has what it takes. Why did he leave a winning school?

its like winning the special olympics. But hey you are still leaps and bounds ahead of LSU. They will be a doormat for people to walk all over.

Sorry, sore subject. At least A&M doesnt think they are gonna win a NC every year like some delusional fans. But thats cool. Im sure you will win a NC in football, basketball, baseball every year from now on.

A&M was one of the worst basketball schools in the nation, and now in the last 6 years are better than LSU.
Big 12>SEC in basketball this year. Not to mention you guys are 0-9 and A&M is 6-3... LSU is AWFUL! But im glad you guys can live in the past.

You claim that aggies are delusional... Read this thread in two years and talk :
BTW how did that national championship in football work out for you? I remember seeing a while back that this was your year... what happend?

You are bringing in (to my knowledge) 4 guys. This is a very good class but not elite. Three of these guys will be 4 year players but they arent game changers. Beasley, Durant, Oden, Wall are game changers.
To win 10 games, you will almost certainly have to be a top 20 team, is that going to be LSU next year?

There is no doubt you will be better, but KU, UF, Vann, and UT should beat you 3 out of 4 at least. Then you have to go 7-5 for the rest of the league. That is a long way from being the doormat of the sec. Two years you will have a much better chance at it.

It says 6-10 to 12-4 for tenn. I am not sure if that is the year he took over,2005. That is only 6 win difference.
The difference between Kentucky and LSU is kentucky had the number 1 recruiting class with all studs, and they were coming off a team that was still 8-8.
I doubt LSU will go 8-8 next year, but if you do that would be a huge step. Your freshmen will be good, but not great. They will be enough to win you a couple games, but 8 might be a stretch. You are in the easier west, so you have a shot if everything goes your way.
