Mark Schlabach's early top 25..
Sucks.
I can't disagree enough with just about the entire thing, and I'm growing more and more confused in regards to how exactly these "people" are supposed experts in their fields.

The thing that makes me think we might lose Kiehl...
You can't lose something that you never had...Auburn Boy.

LSU?
It sure looks that way, but how's a basketball player going to help our football team?
THAT...is the real question.

The OL is about to be the most stacked position on the entire team...I have been preaching this for awhile now.
I agree and I noticed that you have Lonergan at the center position; does this mean that you believe that he'll take the job from T-Bob this spring or this fall?

so I'm guessing in two-three years we will have Washington/Collins at tackle, and Faulk at guard. That's a young but badass line for years to come. Collins is the first five star o-lineman that we got a commitment from that I can remember in a long time.
Faulk will play Tackle with Washington at Guard.
I would expect the line to be:
LT - Collins
LG - Williford
C- Lonergan
RG - Washington
RT- Faulk
Potentially a little variation as far as what side of the line they play.
Imagine if we can throw Greg Robinson into that mix, too - he also most likely be a 5-star by the time it's all said and done.

Really?
Yes, Mike. I believe that Michael Ford is going to be special for us for the next 3-4 years - lots of wins and hopefully an SEC Championship/National Championship along the way.
What do you think?

It isn't up to the school to graduate anybody. If the coaches recruit people who want to get a degree, and they put forth the effort, they'll graduate. Schools with shitty graduation rates should have their coaches to blame, not some history professor.
This is very obvious and old news...anyone who still brings up the topic or disagrees with the fact is a stubborn racist. People, regardless of color, are responsible for their own actions and their own futures.

Christine Michael was a bigger miss than Seastrunk.
We weren't going to be taking both Michael Ford and Christine Michael, and I'd MUCH rather have Michael Ford than either Christine or Lache. Take into consideration that Spencer Ware out-performed every other back against the strongest competition and on national television to jump Lache in the rankings, and it would seem that LSU actually didn't miss on EITHER Christine or Lache.
I'd take Ford over Christine, Lache, and even Spencer, and I'd take Spencer over Lache. LSU didn't miss on any RB prospect last year or this year.

Landry is one of the most physical WR I've ever seen,in High School. He won't be ranked as high as some because of his straght-line speed(40) and height, but this guy defines Physical.
I strongly agree and was shocked to hear someone say that he's not physical in any way whatsoever.

like to believe if he stays in that bama game we hold on to win.
It's very safe to believe that if JJ stays in the game, PP doesn't cramp-up, and the refs actually use the video evidence to make the right call on PP's interception, LSU wins that game over the eventual national champions. It would actually seem that LSU would win by a decent margin, if all those bad things didn't happen...bad luck...good luck for the Tide.

Keep talking up LSU
i will..ill post any updates i have on him.
Remind him about the benefits of playing in the SEC vs. the Big 12. Talk about the food in Baton Rouge and in Louisiana. Notify him that New Orleans in merely 40 minutes down the road from LSU. Indicate that there is less competition in our LB corps than there is in the Longhorn's LB corps...and remind him that Chavis thrives on using smaller, faster OLB in his schemes. Tell him that Muschamp will most likely accept either the UGA or another head coaching job within the next 2 or 3 years. Refresh his memory on everything nice that he's ever know about Louisiana...tell him about our (2) BCS National Championships with (2) different coaches this decade. Indicate that he could be part of an historic LSU recruiting class for 2011.
Just...tell him everything...good...about LSU.
Talk about the French and Creole women, too, if you must. Tell him that we all want him to come to LSU.

Basically what he said was he'd be there if he could find a ride. Not sure what his family situation is or anything more than just that statement.
Our objective becomes clear: keep Jermauria Rasco from being able to find a ride to Texas.

re: 2011 Needs

Everyone knows that Texas typically waits until their first Junior Day to start dishing out scholarships, yet they've already offered MLB Anthony Wallace upon his attendance at one of their camps. So, Wallace has been holding a scholarship to his home state's university and has not yet committed to them.
Wallace has also attended camp at LSU and holds an LSU offer.
I think that, out of all of the major MLB prospects, Anthony Wallace is our most promising bet.

Landry's video is much, much better.
Landry's video is better than EVERY other 2011 WR's video. He's an inch or two shorter than a few of the other top guys, though, so scout.com has him ranked lower than them.

Saw article on si.com today about this guy DeAnthony Thomas nicknamed Black Mamba and watched a youtube video of him. I hope the video they linked to was from his freshman year bc I've never been less impressed by the "#1" player in the country.
I have inside information in regards to De'Anthony Thomas...he's #1 on Scout.com because he's a USC lean.
That's all I've got, but I think it's accurate.

Scott Kennedy (Scout's lead recruiting guy) is one of the worst analysts I've seen on any of the sites.
I agree...Kennedy is a Kennedy and Kennedy's are obviously stupid and corrupt.

Alright, I only spent 10 minutes or so looking over Scout.com's new release of 2011 prospect rankings, but I'm going to go right ahead and disagree with their general perspective on high school football talent.
Scout is easily the least-competent of the three main football recruiting websites.

Scout has Hill rated higher than Hilliard?
