not an owner but know the owners and the people that work there. I can just tell that it's been a long while since some have been there because of some of the post. Just making all aware of some of the misconceptions being said.

they have a bar but there aren't any BAR fights there. It's just a local bar with a few stools. they are a restaurant not a bar....

Just a little FYI everything with the exception of possibly 4 items are made in house and not frozen. Nothing has changed from back in the day except the looks of it.
p.s. I know for a fact that Val's doesn't even use Sysco for anything not one of their vendors. Also check out the outdoorkitchen...
