My wife is called Manga, first grandchild flipped grandma and it stuck. Never would have picked that name but she loves it now.

Can I ask a dumb question. With the power that is available for today’s telescopes. Shouldn’t what was “left” on the moon be visible.
re: OT conundrum - Birth Rates Declining and Abortion Regulation

There has never been a need to have an abortion to save the life of the mother.
The baby may have to be removed to save the mother before that baby could survive outside the womb but that’s not an abortion.
Key fact of an abortion. You have to kill the baby before you remove it. If you kill it after removal that’s murder.

Does anyone wonder why most of the world wants to destroy a country smaller then New Jersey?
Why does the world care about Israel? Think about it.

Well we did let him know when he made a bad call.
One pitch bounced in the dirt and he called it a ball. I gave him credit and said nice call blue.

Final Pitch of Nebraska Game

I obviously don’t post much but thought the Tiger nation would enjoy this. To the right of the batter is my son and I in the white hats having the same reaction to the last pitch

re: Legit national title contenders. 4 or 5 legit from the sec.

LSU's defense has the potential to be very good. They have two of the top ten if not top five CB's in the sec. They will put them on an island and stack the box. With a dominating defense they will be in every game.
LSU offensive line is as good as any in the conference and have a very strong RB core. Great talent at WR and TE. QB just has to manage the game.
With all that I suspect that LSU will finish second or third in the SECW. Probably will win one they shouldn't and lose one they shouldn't.
Bama ahead of LSU due to depth of talent. Auburn as reigning SEC champ ahead until proven otherwise.
Talent in the SEC is huge. Other then 3-5 teams all others could contend.
Nobody had Auburn or Mizzou on the radar last year.

re: Your guess on LSU vs TCU attendance
Posted by lsudad2011 on 8/4/13 at 6:19 pm to Cheese Grits
I live in Arlington. A TCU season ticket holder had 10 tickets and I bought 4 from him. Dallas Cowboy season ticket holders were able to buy 8. I was able to get 4 tickets for friends from a Dallas season ticket holder who bought all 8 but kept the remaining 4 and will be neutral at the game. I also work with a LSU alumni and she has 2 tickets. Of the 20 tickets I know of 10 are LSU fans and 4 are neutral.
I also know an ex-TCU football player who doesn't even plan on going to the game.
LSU will be well represented.

A&M Season Ticket Holders
Posted by lsudad2011 on 7/27/12 at 7:47 pm
FYI
An A&M almuni who has a relative that has season tickets told me today that if the season ticket holder sells their tickets to a visiting team fan that they are at risk of losing their season tickets.
If the visiting team fan is obnoxious they have a number they can text so that security can come and remove them. I think at that point that's when they could lose their tickets.
This person told me that A&M doesn't want any visiting team fans mixed in with the season ticket holders.
Thought I would pass on.

Arlington Grace Prep is where my son graduated from in 2007. I wasn't able to make any Grace Prep games this year but I can tell you that these are good kids. Grades should not be a problem, since you have to test in to go to Grace Prep. I believe that Grace Prep doesn't even allow kids to come in as seniors since they usually can't handle the school work. They are very respectful. When you talk to them it is "yes sir and yes ma'am.
First and Last Post of 2011

I posted this last year.

My son enters his senior year at LSU. Prior to that we really didn’t follow college football or watch many college football games. We are now rabid LSU fans. My wife and I plan our weekend around LSU football. I will forever be an LSU fan.
I have not earned the right to comment on the team, coaches, recruiting or on other people who post (they are far more knowledgeable about LSU then I am).
I will say that I have never seen anything as exciting week in and week out as LSU football and for that matter SEC football. As of most of you, if LSU was 0-11 I would still be watching the 12th game of the season.
The reason for this post is to remind people that as in a train ride sometimes we are looking toward the train station and not enjoying the ride and scenery. This year could be special but the next 2 years after that could be even more. My son and I are going to enjoy the scenery.
I read Tiger Droppings everyday of the year and thank all the people who keep me informed.

My son graduated Cum Laude in Accounting and will be living at home while he attends SMU for his Masters in Accounting. We are looking forward to the train ride this year regardless of who the engineer is.
