The game hasn't been played yet and it sounds like many of you are looking for excuses already. :violin: Not feeling confident are we?

Also it's worth noting that I've seen a lot of JoePa's career stats thrown round, or his recent record thrown around. For those who don't know JoePa basically does nothing from a coaching stand point. His son Jay actually has a much bigger role within the team than Joe, TBH. He's the epitome of figurehead right now.

LOL! A Buckeye who thinks he knows what he's taking about. Why don't you take a look at this 83 year old "figurehead" at practice:

Honestly, with the great post above by post...the only thing I would disagree with this that LSU will/should win by more than a little more. Other than that...great post...well said!

I see the score:

LSU 31
Penn St. 7

I think Penn State will struggle to score, LSU's defense is very staunt and will do so against PSU.

PSU scored 24 on USC in the Rose Bowl last year and was 10 yards away from another TD when time expired in the game. No one is telling me that LSU's defense is a mirror of the 2008 USC defense that had Ray Malaluga, Brian Cushing, Clay Mathews, and Taylor Mays. PSU will score a lot more than 7.

Do you think your team would be a better fit in the ACC rather than the big ten? Would be nice to see regular matchups vs. Miami, VaTech and Boston College on a seasonal basis. Don't get me wrong, Ohio State is a nice game, but for the most part, PSU is a northeastern school and seems out of place in a traditional midwestern conference.

Twenty Million rea$onS each year why were better off in the BigTen
