I didn't see much of the game, can anybody tell me how a plodding bunch of sods from the Big 10 (Wiscy) managed to beat a team of speed studs from the U? Why didn't Miami just run faster?

It's been a long time, so no I don't. I do remember having the hots for Victoria Jackson, though.
As for the LSU logo, I see another parallel between LSU and PSU. This is the original and the best:

Actually, I think SEC games are recorded with 120 frame per second cameras...then the studios slow the game down by broadcasting the signal at 60 FPS, allowing SEC fans to watch the games w/o having to remember a complex formula like that which you just suggested.

That was pretty funny! Let me add a few thoughts to keep 'er going...
v Wash, LSU holding a 1 TD lead going into the 4th quarter. Wash = no bowl game
v Miss State, LSU clinging to 2 point lead going into the 4th. Miss State = no bowl game
v LTech, LSU losing at halftime. Ltech = no bowl game
v Georgia, LSU losing early in the 4th quarter. Georgia = Dec 28 bowl game

The liger is a hybrid cross between a male lion (Panthera leo) and a tigress (Panthera tigris), hence has parents with the same genus but of different species.

He's also a pretty decent guy. I sent a copy of SI with Penn State football featured on the front to his office when I was a student asking if he'd autograph it. His secretary called a few days later and told me to stop by anytime to pick it up.

If we come out "amped up" but don't allow emotions (stupidity) to dominate, I don't think LSU is going to crush us. I still favor LSU for a win (slightly) but I don't think it's going to be a run away blowout.

Very excited about the upcoming Alabama games. I'm glad to see Penn State has some real teams scheduled for a change rather than the fodder our illustrious A.D. has stuck on the schedule.
