It always amazes me the stupidity about the basketball program.
Just to show you how far basketball has sunk since Brady left there use to be rants on here wanting to fire Brady when he was second in SEC and playing with 5 scholarship players.
Now we are second worse in the SEC and people are rationalizing how good Trent is.
But the most stupid is how Brady "pissed" on Josh...

I am still suffering from anger management from Brady's firing. Just could not help lighting up the board again after Nicholls loss.
What a travesty easily seen by anyone with a 50 IQ and predicted by me that this is what would happen.
But so many idiots who have no clue, have selective memory or cannot admit how wrong they are. However they probably do not have a 50 IQ either.

18 months after final 4 Brady is fired.
2 years after having a nice season with Brady's players Trent loses to Nicholls--perhaps the most embarrassing loss at LSU since Brady coached Samford beat Dale's coached LSU.
ASU under Brady will be in the tourn before LSU under Trent.
Hopefully when Brady makes the tourn with ASU we will go back on hands and knees and beg Brady to come back to coach at LSU.

No doubt best ever is either Brady or Dale--

Pretty simple answer to how we can lose against Nicholls:
We fired Brady--probably best coach in LSU history. One of the most stupid actions ever by athletic dept. Now we are reaping what we sowed.

And what also is so sad is all the work Brady did through severest NCAA sanctions he inherited to get us back to a great basketball program and now we will need another 5 to 10 years at best to rebuild.

It is really too bad we will never be able to find out if Trent > Williams because all we know is that Trent can win with Brady's players.
Too bad we got rid of Brady. Probably best coach we ever had. He and Butch were best recruiters and so much better coaching than what we have now.
I know a lot of people on the rant bashed Brady. Wonder how if feels for them to be eating their words now. Bet they are choking on them and still in denial.
