Actually numbers are higher than we had last year. Not as many as 2 years ago, but higher than last year.

I think he was only talking about the "cut the oboes" part in reference to rumors... Not the actual budget cuts...

Actually the songs were cut short because of the increase in the amount of advertisements and announcements by the marketing department this year. So if you want the band to actually be able to finish songs, complain to Athletics.
