HELP! Problem uploading barcode number to stubhub

Help all...had to sell some extra LSU UCLA tickets due to Hurricane Ida impacts. Tickets are sold on stubhub and its now waiting on me to upload the barcode number. I followed LSU's email instructions and have the tickets in google pay. Stubhub is not recognizing my barcode numbers. and their customer service is non-existent....
Can anyone offer any advice? What did you do that worked? The deadline is tomorrow.

we've got about 3 different angles of video. I just wish there was a license plate or other identifying information. Hopefully between FB and TD the word will get out. I know I'm looking closely now at ever F250 I pass. They are everywhere!
