The problem isn't the guys he is hiring! It's CPM! He has a hitting philosophy that he makes whoever he hires follow. He said it on the radio about losing Andy C. Was asked how the hitting philosophy would change and he said it has never changed. Doesn't matter who the coach is. ...

Absolutely get into as many camps as possible. He needs to be a camp "WHORE"(sorry i couldn't think of a better way to say it). I have been involved with recruiting for several years now and that is some of the best advice I could give. Also you could look in to parent consulting services. ...

I am not sure if anybody watches the TV show but Lee Brecheen is a good guy. I have met him a few times. His magazine is pretty detailed. He covers every high school in Louisiana. He does a lot of good work for high schools. One of the most knowledgeable guys in football I have ever met. ...

Live Oak has Tyler McGrew for baseball. He will probably be drafted. Not sure how high. LSU and Southeastern are showing interest. He is the only one I know of from Live Oak....
