That particular judge has a history of unfathomable decisions. She gave my sister's ex-husband domiciliary rights after my sister moved all the way to St. Francisville in what should have been an open and shut case....

Westlake has a small town feel. Kinda surrounded by plants though. Traffic can be tough, but its temporary. A lot of it should be gone when the plant projects are complete. Asking for a $5 raise to offset rising expenses is not trying to make it a full time job.
