wat game were you watching, paul turner looked good with a massive offensive line in front of him, grabbing nearly 6 yards before contact each play on an undersived thibodaux defense, but he is a good looking prospect, but when u compare him Trovon Reed, its no comparion, he will probably end up at Tulane, or Ull, DJ Banks clone
and Reuben Randle and Russel Sheppards numbers make that look like varsity stats hah, he was a top 25 players last year and he's proving it now!!!

Yeah, I seen this kid play against Hahnville, he is the real deal, kid beat double coverage all night and has prolific hands, he will definately have to go juco or prep though!!

I didn't say he would be, I said a top prospect behind Collins, I've seen and love Lael Collins game, and I do think he maybe the top overall prospect in the state next year, but Greg will be highly ranked after he hits the summer camp circuit, I have definatley seen worst at the offensive line position that were highly ranked just because of long arms and potential, and this kid has tremendous upside!!!!

Will be a top prospect in the LA on the Offensive Line for Thibodaux in 2011. He Has flown pretty much under the radar and is starting to come into his own at his first year playing Offensive Line. He stands at 6'6 and around 285 pounds with a NFL frame already as a 17 year old kid. Not alot of fat on this young man, who also plays basketball, He reminds me of D'brickashaw Ferguson type of O linemen. Not overwhelming big but extremly atheletic, athletic enough to play defensive end in a 3-4 scheme, but he will make his living at the tackle position. He is starting to get that pad level down the run game, and his feet work in the pass pro is much improved. He is still very raw, but he has what you can't teach, size, and athletic ability. Arkansas has offerd him and I think before its all said and done the top programs will come knocking, He has the toughest matchup of his high school career coming this week with Jordan Allen of West Monroe, he played guard most of the year, but moved to tackle againt teams with good pass rushing ends and shut them down, but what I hear from the coaches and players they want him on Allen for most of the night, should be a great battle!!!

Make sure you check out Thibodaux's big fullback. Brandon Duncan, kid won't win many races, but he will run you flat over!!
Yeah Eric Reid leveled Jarvis one play. Then Jarvis leveled Eric three or four times after that. Eric had to be helped off the field after one devestating block from Landry. I'll take Landry any day, kid plays to the whistle and has a motor that doesn't stop.

I thought Lonergan would win the starting job this year. I saw him play in high school his senior year, and he may have been the most dominaing run blocker I've ever seen on the high school level. The kid broke defenders will throughout the course of the game. By the third quarter they were running themselves out of the play!!!..

Yeah, the coaches had every opportunity to evaluate him and it was something they disliked, maybe just the depth chart, LSU didn't sign a center prospect at all last year did they?
He was 6'2 on paper, he might've been shorter, but a good prospect none the less.

In my opinion this kid was the best run blocker in the State last year. He was a 4 star prospect and the 4th best center in the nation according to rivals.com and was the only player I've seen hold his own against Chris Davenport at LSU's one day Camp, he was also o-line mvp of the camp. I've also seen him dominate Josh Downs of Bastrop, as his team moved him to center just to block downs, pancaking him several times and controlling the point of attack. I also watched him battle and hold his own against Derrington Sentimore of Destrehan for three years. My point is, I know the kid is a bit short for a offensive lineman at 6'2, but he is a good football player. He signed with Texas A&M and I hear good reports from his family, I think LSU lost out on a good prospect.
Thanks guys, for the feedback.

What About Ivan Robinson? Anybody seen him play, if so how does he grade out?

You guys need to learn to evaluate football players and not their stats. Trovon didn't have to do anything last night and his team still won by 3 scores. I was their. Thibodaux scored on his first 3 drives and because of their challenging schedule this year they didn't want to show to much to the teams they play the next 3 weeks. The head coach put alot of backups in the game and ran basically I formation for the rest of the second half. Trust me in the next couple of weeks Trovon will have some ridiculous numbers.
Blue is a good kid and going to be a great collegiate football player. He is going to be a steal for any team that gets him. I believe he will be a four star prospect before its all said and done. In the game againt Dutchtown last year he looked like the best back on the field.
