When USC wins, they don't chant "Pac-10! Pac-10!" because they are the only team from that conference that has done anything in the last 10 years. Michigan and Ohio State haven't won a significant game against a OOC team in recent memory, hence them not proclaiming the Big Ten. OU hasn't showed up in a BCS bowl game to chant Big-12 and only Texas has some sort of opportunity to chant their conference is the best...but OU going 0-3 in their last 3 BCS championships doesn't allow them to do that.

The SEC proves their supremacy in big games verse OOC teams - they have earned the right to proclaim their conference as the best.
