Thank you for your kind words. The site I frequent doesn't get near the traffic of this place, and farking isn't that big a deal over there. There is a fark forum, but it gets ZERO traffic. This place is the mecca of farking - many of the works posted here end up over there in peoples sigs, but only a few posters actually make their own farks.

I have heard you can use some free program known as GIMP to make .gifs - but I have always used PS. I am using CS4 right now. The name GIMP kinda freaks me out...

I can't speak for the freek, obviously, but there are two programs that I use to make animated .gif's like his. Both are free, but if you install them, be sure to uncheck the box that installs the ask.com toolbar. The company is DVD Videosoft, and the programs are youtube to ipod converter, and video to jpeg converter.

The youube to ipod converter lets you download youtube clips for source material in m4v format, and the video to jpeg converter extracts individual frames from the video that you can then layer into animated .gifs with Photoshop.
