Slice skin off of pineapple, cut in rings, rub with clear rum and brown sugar, grill. Awesome with ice cream.

Watermelon- cut in to squares, grill on both sides, put on plate, add micro greens and drizzle with balsamic, add some a dollop of half creme fresh/ sour cream mix to top, serve as appetizer-excellent and refreshing

Watermelon!! YES!! Slice in squares, put on top of small spinach salad, use balsamic as dressing with oil as well...top with a little dab of blue cheese/ sour cream mixture, salt pepper....awesome!!
