I’m a little behind here but why was Milam called out at first when Arky’s the first baseman never touched the white part of the bag? I thought he had to touch the white part for the runner to be called out. Just asking…

In the late 80s I worked for the Office of Campus Safety, drawing building fire escape route maps, inspecting campus sidewalks for slip, trip & fall hazards, testing fume hoods & safety showers and helping maintain the HAZ-WASTE barn. I enjoyed it, but moved on after graduating.

JD is definitely improving overall each week, and I am very happy to see that for both JD and the team, BUT those two deep passes were severely underthrown. That's is the truth whether we want to talk about it or not. Hopefully that too will improve before we beat Bama. Geaux Tigers!

I 100% agree with Coon on this. I'm all for picking-on and trash talking opponents, but try to show a little more class and creativity. You have a brain, right? Then try using it for something besides a hat rack. The "F-You" chant is weak and classless. You can do better than that.

My point was clear, or so I thought. The kid earned and deserved to start the 6th. Getting yanked right there wasn’t very fair to a kid who’s giving you his best, who’s looking strong and who’s getting the job done for you and his team. He earned and deserved more. That’s my point.

MH was on a roll to end the fifth. He was battling arm-to-arm against a good opposing pitcher in a close super regional ballgame, and was winning, How was he rewarded? He got yanked for a freshman. I don’t get it.
