If UT is fighting with UGA and USC for 3rd every year in the East, then who is fighting for 2nd. Also UGA and UT does play Florida every year. You really know what you are talking about.

Chavis was the best thing UT had going for them last year. If Monte would not have come to UT, Chavis would have been my first choice to stay on as DC. You guys got a hell of a coach in Chavis. Don't get me wrong I love Kiffin and I think he has done a great job so far, but if our offense would have been half as good as our defense last year we would not even be talking about this b/c Chavis would still be in Tenn. with Fulmer.

No doubt that Oku and Brown are going to be good/great backs. How good/great, we don't know. A lot will depend on our OL and being a Vol fan you know how that was last year. I am going to at least let them get a few games under there belt before I come to a conclusion.
Apex, thank you. You said you would congratulate the Vols and you did. I have never had a problem with you on volnation and enjoy yours and all opposing fans thoughts and insights.
For the rest of you LSU fans, a lot of you seem disappointed that you did not land BB whether you will admit it or not and I have a hard time figuring out why b/c of the existing talent you already have and what you have coming in. I think the majority of y'all just wanted the opportunity to say FU to us Vols fans which I completely understand. That is just the competitiveness of the SEC and the reason I love this conference.
