Yeah, I have a cousin who runs his own rig. Just him and his wife out there in the Gulf with that old dog of theirs. Simple people, really. Just your typical "mom and pop" deep water oil and gas drillers.
I, for one, applaud Mr. Vitter's efforts to keep them, and others like them, in business.
