re: Let's talk "insider" industry secrets

Industry secrets? Chart room pours by far the best post-shift drinks in the .25, tiki's is where to score, and the strippers hang out at the alibi after they get off work...
Pro here. I prefer the lighter, simpler Japanese mandolines to the larger, clunkier French versions. They are cheaper and easier to use. As for safety, I only use the palm of my hand to slice the veg. Keep the fingertips up and away from the blade. That being said, I've been bitten by the mandoline ...

Sorry, I am being lazy, but where is the OS in relation to the BG and the east side of London in general?...

Stadium pics don't look too nice. Kinda sucks to abandon the Boleyn if we aren't going to get a good return on it. We'll sell more tickets for the big matches but no way do I see West Ham selling out for the likes of Southampton, Sunderland, etc...
Domenica is amazing and their lunch prices are pretty good if I remember right. Skip Brennans. Skip Mr. B's too. Also, Sylvain has been getting a lot of good word-of-mouth in the Quarter....

I've never been patted down too hard. The classic winners are Crawfish Monica, Crawfish Bread and the Cochon de Lait. However I will say the portions are pretty small in comparison to what you pay for them, especially if you are drinking all day and need to fill up....
Modric looked absent today. Madrid would have been better served with Ozil in the middle. Ozil was clearly out of the game being played on the right today....
[quote]When Florida ended their annual game agaisnt Miami in 1987, the Canes fans accused the Gators of being afraid of losing. At the time, Miami had won 7 of the last 10 match-ups and had just earned its second national championship. So much for keeping a long standing traditional game against...

Yeah that venue looks pretty shitty in comparison to the BG. Like I asked before though, do you think the OS will make West Ham a more worthwhile club to invest in? And is the trade-off worth it? ...
LSU has the talent and coaching to beat anyone in the SEC. 2011 proved that. Don't let the schedule become an excuse for our own retardness (at times). We could have won all the games we lost this past season. Everybody who was at the Bama game last year knows we blew it, and if it weren't for the i...
I like playing UF every year. Not a traditional rivalry, but year-in-year-out it has become a marquee game in college football, and that is a good thing for LSU. However we did get hosed on the bridge schedule. Honestly the worst thing about the current rotation is the number of years between ...

The olympic stadium move may help us financially, nay? At the very least it might make the club more attractive to investors. I'm with you on Big Sam. Mid-table manager at best. Nice to see Di Canio doing well, but maybe we're over the diminuitive Italian manager thing......

any West Ham fans on here?

Seems like the end of the season has been encouraging. We definitely don't want to drop points in these last few games, a top half finish would be a great run-in to the summer and next season. I'm thinking we can steal some points against man city this weekend....

been hearing good things about this guy and now i see he's playing in nola soon... can anybody vouch for his skills and/or point me in the right direction towards what to listen to by him? I've been listening to a lot of ASAP Rocky/Freddie Gibbs/Curren$y lately, so that gives you an idea of what ...
