It was already ordered and looking like it might be another 5 days or so before it being shipped due to the holidays when I just happened to walk into best buy as they were giving out tickets to purchase xbox ones for the "mystery" midnight doorbuster that had just been announced for black friday. Sooooooo, being that it was so close to launch and I knew of a couple people also wanting one, I got it. Didn't have anything to lose. Microsoft accepts unopened returns 30 days after purchase.
And to be even more specific, I originally wanted to get it from Best Buy to take advantage of the 18 months, no interest (always nice to have extra cash on hand during the holidays), so this enabled me to do so.

Hey guys, not sure what the availability is like on these things right now, but I'm receiving an xbox one from Microsoft today and plan on shipping it right back to them unless I hear of anyone in need (came across & bought one at best buy the other day).
